
Among all cosmetic defects of a face, double chin is the most difficult to correct. Its appearance doesnât depend on the amount of fat on the figure. Double chin can be easily noticed equally at young girlsâ faces and middle-aged womenâs. There are four main reasons of double chin appearance. They are: genes (structure and shape of a face); stooping and a habit of holding a head low; sleeping on extremely high pillows; and, a habit of overeating.
So, to improve a shape of chin, you have to think of your habits. And, stop overeating, sleep on a bolster-pillow (or a very small one), always straighten shoulders and keep a head straight. And, certainly, do face exercises double chin. They are also simple but effective. Stand or sit straight, turn a head to the left and to the right. The exercise should be done very slowly and not less than 20 times (and 3-5 times during the day). Another one is very similar, but a head should be inclined down on the chest and over the back. This one should be repeated 20 times and not less than 3-5 times a day, too.
