Running to Grow Taller

If you want to know the best exercise how to gain height, it is running. Jogging is not running. You must almost sprint if you want to get taller. Sprinting helps create ample stress on the legs which is needed to widen gaps in the bones of the legs. The widened gaps fill up with bone material and your legs get lengthened. Sprinting is also a great aerobic exercise that boosts the release of the Human Growth Hormone to all areas of the body. Height gain is just one benefit among several that running bestows on the body. Running will also make you lose weight and stockiness and make you appear even taller. Sprinting is best done in small bursts. Sprint for 50 to 100 meters at a time and do a maximum of 5 such sprints in one day. Do not sprint for two consecutive days; do it only thrice a week to allow your legs to heal and grow taller.
